My Story
I partner with teams to design training that improves performance in complex, operational environments. My work focuses on translating detailed processes into clear, actionable learning experiences that reflect how people actually work instead of how things are supposed to work.
With a background spanning supply chain, retail, and technical training, I’ve led teams and developed learning solutions from concept to delivery, collaborating closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to align training with real business needs. I bring a structured, problem-solving approach to every project, balancing creativity with practical application to ensure learning is both engaging and effective.
Beyond my work, I’m actively involved in my community and have a background in dance, which continues to influence how I think about movement, flow, and engagement in learning design. I bring that same attention to detail and intentionality into every experience I create.
